Downtown LivingThis house was located just south of downtown. The space was very limited. With help from UB Kitchens, we worked together to give this kitchen a bigger feel. While keeping the cabinets underneath white, the design was on point with the shelving on top. It keeps the kitchen nice and open without feeling like it was being closed in with lots of cabinetry. A couple grades to the appliances to include a beautiful stainless steel apron sink update this older home and give it a more modern feel.

What a before and after?!If you look closely, you can really see all the details that went into this transformation. A big difference in this kitchen was the flow improvement. We took out the pony wall that was separating the spaces. The hood range and stove were there, we relocated them to the middle of the cabinets. This gave us the freedom to install more cabinetry and open the space up. We also moved the sink to the island allowing there to be more cabinetry and give space for the stove. This kitchen is a beauty from top to bottom with the design choice of white cabinets, white subway tile, and stainless steel appliances. Under cabinet lighting and can lights were installed as well as 3 pendant lights to brighten up the island.
